1) Extract AQ from IC Data
- How AQ is derived from Identity Compass patterns
- What AQ actually measures (and what it doesn’t)
- Benchmarking: identifying the client’s starting point (e.g. AQ6)
A 2-hour session for Certified Identity Compass Practitioners who want to move beyond interpretation into development — and give feedback at the level where behaviour is constructed.
Eligibility: IC training completed. This is intentionally not advertised publicly.
Most feedback stays at the level of description: what the client does, prefers, or reports. It’s accurate — but it often doesn’t change anything.
AQ reveals construction: how the client is building self, meaning, and response in the moment — and where “at-choice” thinking becomes possible.
Built from Constructed Development Theory (CDT) and the Identity Compass dataset. Used in leadership, coaching, and organisational contexts via the Institute for Adult Development.
Move beyond “what the profile says” to “what the client is doing with their mind” — in language clients can actually use.
Use AQ as a benchmark and build a coherent vertical development arc for the client, rather than a list of insights.
Shift from “profile interpreter” to developmental practitioner — increasing impact, differentiation, and commercial value.
This is a closed workshop. You’ll be working with concepts that assume IC fluency. If you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit, email and ask.
